20-week Ultrasound

We just went for our twenty week ultrasound this morning. We had a feeling we knew what we were having, but the doctor performing the ultrasound told us we were wrong! As it turns out we're having a

We're very excited! Of course we would have been excited if it went the other way, but this is great. Now when we talk to Jonah about the new baby, we can start using an actual pronoun and the name we've picked out.

So, just 20 weeks to go until we meet the new little one!

Half-baked, baby! :) Congratulations on your news -- as the proud mother of three boys I must say that they are an interesting group. I have two nephews as well, and one poor solitary niece who has only boy cousins on the other side of her family. Best wishes and happiness for the new wee one!

Congrats! It's true. Boys are easier than girls. Unless you're shopping for cute clothes, then you'll find 37 racks of girl stuff and 3 small piles of boy things. :D

Thanks, all. My wife doesn't want the name "out there" yet, but I can say that as with our older boy, Jonah, the name is biblical. And, being that we're Jewish, it's OT biblical.
